The mortgage instrument is an agreement between you and the mortgagor, not only can you default on your agreements, they can also default on theirs.  There are remedies to be claimed in the event of a bank or mortgage company defaulting on their responsibilities however you must know what they are to catch them, prior to losing your home, your property, and/or your equity.

Your chances of success are predicated on the amount of knowledge and understanding you posses as to the foreclosure procedure.  Once you gain the knowledge that I will share with you, you will be able to confidently stand before a clerk of court, or a judge and defend yourself, your property, or your equity.
